Very nice pair of women's slacks from Briggs New York. Polyester/Rayon blend. Heather Brown in color. Flat waistband with back side elastic inserts for comfort. Front button/zipper. Front pockets. Size 8 S - measures 28" at waist; 40" at hips and 25" inseam. Comes with belt. Excellent condition - new with tags.
