Published by the Central Meteorological Observatory , Tpkyo , 1931. Hardback in original slipcover. Front hinge cracked and spine pulling back but can be repaired . In original dust jacket as well with some chips around the edges and loss of large piece in the back and spine, and in a protective mylar cover . Blue cloth covers discolored by a dampstain which did not penetrate the book , but did also impact the slipcover . There is no mildew or odor . 72 pages of text and data . Lots of photos . Some chapter content : Methods of observations ; photo-theodolites ; cloud photography ; calculations of clour height ; the results of the measurements of the cloud altitudes ; diagramatical resume of cloud observations ; cloud atlas showing the observed height of clouds ; observational data for April 1927 to March 1929 .
