PAYMENT POLICIES:

• We are now ONLY accepting E-Check via Paypal, Direct PayPal payments and Credit Card over the Phone on any items purchased by a buyer not picking their item up locally due to the recent change in eBay's payments policy.
• We do accept other methods of Payments for local pick-ups.
• All New Mexico Residents will be charged a 6.75% New Mexico State sales tax upon invoice.
• We will invoice within 24 hours of auction end. Please pay off of that invoice. If you have not received an invoice within that 24 hour period, please check your bulk e-mail folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your in box. There will be no refunds due to combined shipping if you paid before an invoice was sent.
• All payments must be received within 10 days of auction end, unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon by E-SELL4DOLLARS and the buyer. If payment has not been received within those 10 days, the item will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES:

E-SELL4DOLLARS ships Monday - Friday at 12:00 pm Mountain Standard time ONLY through the following methods ONLY:

• United Parcel Service (UPS) 5 day ground for all packages weighing over 3 pounds, items that can not be combined for flat rate shipping, items that are marked fragile, and non P.O. Box addresses. All packages that weigh more than 70 pounds, or are larger than 84" in girth, will be accessed and additional oversize package fee by UPS. This will be added to your invoice.
• United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority 2 to 3 Day Mail for packages weighing less than 3 pounds, fragile packages, flat rate shipping, and P.O. Boxes. Packages larger than 84 inches in girth, will be accessed and additional oversize package fee by the USPS. Whenever possible, a flat rate shipping of $10.95 will be used. All items weighing 1 pound or less will be charged a minimum flat $6.95 for Priority.
• We also use Media Mail and First class mail when it applies.
• We DO NOT ship parcel post unless Hawaii or Alaska outside of Flat Rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:

• USPS Express Mail for all International packages as per PayPal's Sellers Policy Protection Plan requirements for tracking and insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• UPS Standard to Canada will be offered in the shipping calculator for applicable packages. Please be aware, UPS charges additional import fees/customs/duty taxes. These fees are charged by UPS, NOT US!

*NOTE* Please make note that there is different import and shipping policies for each country. There is a small chance that there might be small adjustments in time and price for certain countries. All customs forms for declarations will be for the final value price of the item, and will be declared as a gift.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is required ONLY on items or total purchases of $50.00 or more, however insurance is suggested on every purchase, as E-SELL4DOLLARS is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. Tracking is provided on all domestic packages. 

• UPS insurance is provided for free on all packages with a value of $100 or less. After that $1.20 will be added to your invoice for packages with a value up to $300, and an additional .50 cents for every hundred there after. Any damage or loss during shipment must be dealt with directly through UPS. Your tracking and insurance information will be on your shipping label, as well as your shipping confirmation email, and also in your "My eBay" on the item listing. A claim may be filed online or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.
• USPS insurance is required on all packages with a value of $50 or more. $2.05 will be added to the first $100 and an additional $1.00 per $100 after that. Any damage or loss during shipment must be dealt with directly through USPS. A claim may be filed online or at your local post office. Your tracking and insurance information will be on your shipping label, as well as your shipping confirmation email, and also in your "My eBay" on the item listing.

*NOTE* E-SELL4DOLLARS will not at any time refund money due to shipping damages. Nor at any time is E-SELL4DOLLARS responsible for packages not arriving through UPS or USPS. This is why tracking and insurance is available.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• We only ship to verified addresses and addresses registered to eBay  
• If you have a request for an address change due to a move or a gift item, please send an email to support@esell4dollars.com with the new address. You will be issued a new invoice and an additional $3.00 charge will be added to your invoice. If your invoice is paid prior to receiving the final invoice with the $3.00 attached, you will be sent a "Request Money" through paypal request prior to your item being shipped.
• APO addresses if buyer receives prior approval. An additional $3.00 fee will be assessed. If your invoice is paid prior to receiving the final invoice with the $3.00 attached, you will be sent a "Request Money" through paypal request prior to your item being shipped.
• We ship Tuesday - Friday ONLY, in the order of which items are paid for.
• All packages have a $2.00 - $3.00 packaging and handling fee (unless otherwise noted) already added into the shipping quote.
• Local Pick-Up can be made at our retail store located at: 6301 4th St. NW Suite #5 Albuquerque , NM 87107.  Our pick-up hours are Thursday - Saturday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. All local pick-ups must be made within 7 days of payment or an additional $2.00 per item per day storage fee will be assessed, unless otherwise arranged.
