Please notify Store Owner of your intention to pay at DCFW@msn.com when payment cannot be made within 24 hours after auction ending.  This will prevent repetitve invoicing.  As a general rule, if payment (or some form of communication) is not received within a 7-day time frame, the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

DESIGNER CLOTHING FOR WOMEN uses a Calculated Shipping Method for DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL Destinations.

DOMESTIC USPS Priority Mail  (Including APO / FPO and P.O. Boxes)

USPS generates a unique Tracking Number for each Priority Mail Package.  We send you an email at the time your package is shipped that includes this Tracking Number and the USPS Link that determines the status of your package.  In General, Priority Mail is delivered within 2-3 Business days.

There is a larger USPS Priority Mail FLAT RATE BOX that is offered at $11.10. (*)  This is very cost effective if your destination is a higher Zone Number - Indicating a further distance from the Seller  (AND / OR) you have a single item / multiple item purchase that is excessive in weight.  The USPS Calculator does not convert the package to this Flat Rate Box when the shipping cost exceeds the $11.10 Flat Rate Fee.  At the time of invoicing, we will always establish the lower, Flat Rate Box Shipment.

INTERNATIONAL USPS First Class Mail  

Each Package is hand delivered to our local USPS Office.  Items are marked as 'clothing' and at the purchased proce.  A Reference Number for each USPS First Class International Package.  You will receive a hand-typed email from us containing the date that we shipped your package and the Reference Number generated from USPS.

MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES - COMBINED SHIPPING 

We base all our shipping by weight alone.  There is no higher processing fee. 

Bear in Mind that the USPS calculated method does not take into account that the box weight is repeated for each additional item.  Hence, the higher shipping cost is calculated and shown on the invoice when you, the BUYER, initiate the process.  Rest Assured, that we will make every attempt to submit to you a combined invoice with a Reduced / Discounted Shipping Cost as quickly as possible.

Use the following Guidelines for obtaining an estimate on Shipping Costs for a Multiple Item Purchase.

• Sum the approximate weights on each item by estimating a higher number based on a larger size and / or a heavier fabric.  NOTE - you must include a weight for the box.

• Click on EBAY's free Shipping Calculator to determine real-time shipping costs to destinations all over the world, including your location.

DOMESTIC
Buyer must return item to Seller within a 7-day time frame. The Item must arrive at the Seller's Destination no later than 7 days from that date when the package arrives at the Buyer's Destination.  The Item must be in the same condition as when it was sold.  Seller will refund Buyer full amount paid on the item.  Postage Costs may be refunded when an error has occured on the Seller's Behalf.

INTERNATIONAL
Buyer must contact Store Owner at DCFW@msn.com upon package receipt to establish Return Process.

Multiple Item Purchase:

After you haven won your first auction item from DESIGNER CLOTHING FOR WOMEN, you will have 7 days to combine other store auction items into your Multiple-Item Purchase.  Please notify Store Owner of your Multiple-Item Purchase at DCFW@msn.com within 24 hours after the first auction ending. 

When you are ready to checkout,  notify Store Owner at DCFW@msn.com to receive a combined invoice with discounted shipping(*).   DO NOT pay individually for each item.  If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders and you will not get the combined shipping & handling discount.
