This is a lovely rare G3 My Little Pony called "Snow'el" and she came from the winter II series of ponies. 

I will do my best to describe her condition for you

Body: Mint with no marks,highlighter,bites marks,cancer or mold

 

Hair: Mint condition with no cuts to the mane or tail and still nice and soft.

Symbols: Mint with no rubbing or scratches, still nice bright and clear.

Eyes: Mint with no rubbing or scratches, still nice bright and clear.

Overall I would say that this pony is mint condition and would make a lovely addition to any collection.
