This is a W. C. Britain Collection, 1989, manufacture in London, England.  I don't know anything about this Guard Soldier other than my Mother bought him when she was in England.  He is hand painted and and has Pageantry, Heritage Tradition written on the box.  He is in his original box and is in good condition.    It was never taken out of the box.  The guard has a small box building behind him that has ER and the seal of Queen Elizabeth at the top.
