I DON'T SEE A DATE ON THESE. THEY ARE MARKED: "REPRODUCED BY ROCHESTER LITHO CO. ROCHESTER, N.Y." THEY HAVE INDIVIDUAL PLATE NUMBERS. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN PART OF A CATALOG OR FOR A STORE. THEY HAVE SOME LITTLE HOLES AT THE TOP WHERE THEY WERE ATTACHED TO SOMETHING. ON THE BACK OF EACH PLATE IS A WRITTEN DESCRIPTION. FOR EXAMPLE, "MARGARET DICKSON SOLEIL D'OR, OR GOLDEN SUN. TWO ROSES EVERYONE SHOULD PLANT. 2 SPLENDID NEW ROSES. MARGARET DICKSON--NEW, PERFECTLY HARDY AND VERY VIGOROUS. A FREE SUMMER AND AUTUMN BLOOMER. FLOWERS WHITE, PALE FLESH CENTER, OF A WAXY TEXTURE AND DELIGHTFUL FRAGRANCE." SOME OF THE PLATES ARE SIGNED WITH ARTIST'S NAME. THEY MEASURE 9" BY 5 3/4". THERE ARE 28 PLATES, VERY NICE CONDITION. WOULD MAKE BOTANICAL PICTURES, FRAMED.
