 I offer excellent quality items and fast, very reasonable shipping. I only sell 100% authentic items. My items are stored in a smoke free, pet free enviroment.

 Due to the subjectivity of opinions, my dedication to 5 star "item as described" ratings, as well as my commitment to describing my item as honestly as possible, my item condition is rated as the following:  new with tags, new without tags, or preowned. If flaws are present, they are noted above, and I do not sell items with excessive wear/fading, stains, holes or anything I would not purchase for myself.

My clothing and accessories originate from some of the top retail, department and specialty stores. My store is an upscale virtual consignment shop, with clients/consignors of all ages and sizes. I always have a wide range of items available, and I list new items daily.

~COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT~

I do combine shipping on items which end within the same week. The cost depends on weight of items and your shipping zone.   Ebay will calculate this automatically at check out, or you can  request the total from me to insure you receive the best possible rate for shipping. For a quote prior to bidding/purchasing, please send me an ebay message for items you are interested in and your zip code. I also utilize Priority Mail flat rate boxes whenever that rate would be lower for multiple items purchased! 

 International buyers please contact me for a shipping quote for combined shipping, or for a flat rate box to your country.

~SHIPPING INFO~

 I CAN ONLY CONTROL HOW FAST YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS CLEARED. THE FINAL TIME IN TRANSIT IS SOLELY IN THE HANDS OF USPS. 

 THE ZONE IN WHICH YOU LIVE ( THE DISTANCE YOU ARE AWAY FROM MY ITEM LOCATION) AND THE WEIGHT OF YOUR ITEM DETERMINES WHAT YOU WILL PAY FOR CALCULATED SHIPPING. PLEASE CHECK THE POSTAL CALCULATOR FOR SHIPPING FOR YOUR ZIP CODE PRIOR TO BIDDING.  METHOD OF SHIPPING AND CHARGES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE.

I ship within one business day after receiving cleared payment.

I ALWAYS contact my buyers with a message via my messages on the ebay summary screen outlining shipping details. Receipt of payment, and delivery notification are emailed to you also.

With all of my domestic shipments, you will receive shipping confirmation via email at no charge, and the delivery confirmation is also found on your order detail page.  Be sure that paypal has your correct email address~the email address in their records is where your delivery confirmation number will be sent. Please verify that your shipping address in your paypal account is correct also~that is the address to which your item will be shipped to.

BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE USPS ARE DEFINED AS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, NOT INCLUDING US HOLIDAYS. Approximate shipping time for the USPS via 1st Class is 3-6 business days,  Priority Mail is 3-4 business days.

~INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING~

PER NEW EBAY POLICY HERE IS THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:

ALL CUSTOMS/DUTIES/DELIVERY FEES THAT ARE NOT PART OF USPS SHIPPING ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. DELIVERY TIME DUE TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE/DELIVERY DOES VARY AND IS NOT WITHIN MY CONTROL. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS AGENCY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF YOUR PACKAGE, AS I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION. IN COMPLIANCE WITH US LAWS, ITEMS WILL BE VALUED PROPERLY, AND CANNOT BE MARKED AS GIFTS ON US CUSTOMS FORMS.

For my international buyers, I ship 1st Class International which delivery time is not guaranteed and varies, and no tracking or insurance is available. On average, it takes about 2 weeks; on occasion some of my international buyers have delivery times of 3-4 weeks due to customs clearance. 

I always retain my postal receipts in case you need proof of shipping.  I always contact my International buyers to advise them that item has been delivered to the post office. The shipping date is also printed on the postage/customs labels as well.

  I also ship Priority Mail International which is estimated 6-10 business days. Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you. 

~PAYMENT INFO~

I require payment by paypal by the 5TH day after auction closing, unless we communicate and I agree otherwise. (IF YOU ARE BIDDING ON MORE THAN ONE OF MY ITEMS, PLZ DO NOT PAY UNTIL ALL AUCTIONS HAVE CLOSED AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED A COMBINED INVOICE) Combined shipping must be on one invoice.  Per ebay guidelines, after the 7th day if I have not heard from you, I will initiate a non paying bidder dispute. By bidding on my item, you are entering into a binding contract to pay for that item, and agree to my selling terms and policies. As of new ebay guidelines in September, the time frame for non paying bidder disputes will be 4 days after auction closing/commitment to buy!

~COMMUNICATION/FEEDBACK~

I always strive for a 5 star buying experience!  If there is anything that would prevent you from leaving 5 stars in all categories, I hope you will contact me prior to feedback.

  New items may be a customer return and/or tried on. Also, just like a retail store, I cannot guarantee consistency of fit/sizing of items by style, designer or store. Please refer to the actual measurements of the item I have given above and ask for additional measurements if needed.

 I always try to represent my items as accurately as possible, but I understand that opinions are subjective, so please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions before you bid. My clothing items are pre-owned unless specified otherwise.

~RETURN POLICY~

All sales are final-returns/exchanges are not accepted.  However,  if there is a flaw not stated above or my item is grossly misrepresented (not for buyer error, designer inconsistency, size, color or fit~measurements off by more than 1") please contact me as I will certainly  correct the situation to keep our transaction positive. 

 Please contact me with an ebay message within 48 hrs of delivery, and items need to be postmarked within 4 days of receipt.  Items returned without approval are not accepted. Item must be unworn, in received condition, with tags attached if applicable.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Plz check measurements, read details of listing and ask all questions before bidding. Returns are subject to inspection prior to refund.
