Please note that we are closed on the Tuesdays and holidays so E-mails and payments received during those times will not be processed until the next business day. If you are not receiving responses to your E-mails, **PLEASE** give us a call. E-mail is not perfect. Some computers and Internet Service Providers have SPAM prevention software running which may be trashing legitimate E-mails (AOL is famous for this), E-mail servers can go down and lose mail, etc. We answer every E-mail we receive, so if you are not getting a response please call so we can get you taken care of. If you are E-mailing to ask about the status of your order, please include the type of payment you used, the name you paid under EXACTLY as it would be shown on your payment and your item number. This helps us find your order in our system easily.

COMBINED SHIPPING
We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money on shipping. We do ask that all items must be paid for via a single payment. This makes it possible to match your items up for shipping, and eliminates the extra fees we get charged when separate payments are made. (If you make 10 separate payments, it can cost us up to an additional $3.50 in fees just to accept those separate payments. A single payment helps us keep our handling cost low - which in turn allows us to pass the savings on to you. If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge for each item will apply. We will either issue you a combined invoice through ebay, or give you an estimate number you can reference on your payment to make sure you get the combined rate.

WHEN MAKING PAYMENT
We accept Paypal (Ebay Payments), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. If you are using Paypal and have special instructions, please contact us before making payment. Please do not use Paypal's "Notes" section on the payment as these notes do note always appear on the final payment page. We do reserve the right to restrict payment types or to require verification of identity to help prevent fraud. If payment is not received within 7 days, your item will be relisted.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most packages will arrive within 3-8 days. Lost packages are rare, but we ask that when it occurs you work with us to resolve the issue. We ship quickly, but have no control over what the carrier does with the package once it leaves our hands. If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please choose the options that are offered. Packages will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the weight, size, and contents of the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Flammable items such as paints (non-water based or flammable), fuels, and similar items cannot be shipped internationally. If you are ordering large items such as airplane kits, please contact us before you bid so we can make sure the item can be shipped to you. International shipping is extra and the buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes (we cannot falsify customs forms, as it illegal to do so - Falsifying a government document carries a penalty of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine per occurrence.) You will need to check with your local customs office to determine what taxies and duties will be owed. Those fees are levied by your government. We have nothing to do with them, nor can we predict when or how much you will be charged in duties. Insurance will be required on all international packages. We Employ UPS and FedEx for all shipping which provides tracking number and fast transit times (usps postal services we offer but do not provide live up to date tracking like UPS and FedEx) to your door.

Warranty and Return Policy

Manufacturer's Warranty is implied on all items for sale. Receipt will be furnished upon request for claim against warranty. Returns are allowed and must be accompanied by a RA#. All returns must in the same condition as received in order to be accepted. Buyer's are responsible for all return shipping charges. Exchanges are allowed and all shipping charges will be the Buyer's Responsibilty. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.
