Victorian 1920s Ceramic Oriental Dual Bulb Table Lamp








Description

Here is a stunning, large black oriental ceramic table lamp set on a 6" turned wooden base.  A dynamic, Chinese Red Bird of Paradise and rich golden flowers are featured with lovely  floral details. Double lightbulb sockets allow for various lighting from a soft, muted ambiance to a bright reading light. It has been rewired with it's original plug, replacing the original rayon fabric covered cord.

This handsome lamp stands a total 22" without the final. (14" to the top of vase) The original finial is a brass ball. (A larger, more dramatic finial would make this lamp even more stunning.)

Its only notable issue is  a slightly worn area on the back. (2nd to last photo)
