Austin Avers, also killed during the escape attempt with Roy Thornton. He was serving time for a previous escape attempt he tried while serving time with Raymond Hamilton! John Bucher, jewelry store owner killed by Clyde Barrow and Ray Hamilton on April 13, 1932 in Hillsboro, Texas. Clyde claimed he was in the car at the time but nonetheless they both are credited with the crime. Constable John Wesley Harryman, Newton County, Missouri Constable killed in the April 13,1933 shootout with Clyde Barrows Gang Detective Harry McGinnis, Joplin, Missouri Police Detective also slain in the shootout with Barrow's Gang. Howard Hall, grocery store clerk killed by Clyde in Sherman, Texas on Oct. 11, 1932. Texas State Highway Patrolman E. B. Wheeler, shot by Bonnie & Clyde on April 1, 1933 at Tarrant County, Texas. Doyle Johnson, shot in car robbery by Clyde Barrow and gang member Frank Hardy on May 3, 1932. Deputy Shetriff Malcolm Davis, shot by Clyde Barrow on January 7, 1933 in Dallas, Texas.
