Old Victorian Photo Album: Girl, Boat on Cover - Estate

Fantastic condition Victorian photo album, found at an estate sale. The covers are in remarkable condition, with the richly-colored picture of the girl in the boat and slightly raised designs of water lilies floating around her. The binding is velvet, and the covers are thick and hard and shiny. The album is quite heavy and measures 11 x 8 x 3. There is a brass lock with the initials "PSM" engraved into it. Faint hints of gold edge the 12 thick two-sided pages. There are floral line drawings in brown around the roughly-cut-out openings on each page. A few tiny chips in the surface of the covers; otherwise, this is in marvelous condition. Unknown age and origin.
