The mat folds in 6- 2' x 6' sections for easy shipping and handling. The mat has velcro sewn on 4 sides for connection to another mat for tumbling. Two mats velcroed togather will give you a 12' X 12' padded area or a 6' X 24' tumbling run. The padding is 1 3/8" thick cross linked polyethylene -(same foam is used in thousands of high school and college wrestling programs). We buy the foam in bulk and pass the saving along to you.
