WE GRADE THE CONDITION OF OUR BOOKS AS FOLLOWS:
 
BRAND NEW ~ New, unread, unused and in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages.
LIKE NEW ~ Undamaged cover, no missing pages, all  pages undamaged, (no creases or tears), no underlining/highlighting of text, no writing in margins, dust jacket included for hardcover books  (book could be mistaken for brand new).
VERY GOOD CONDITION ~ could have  slight spine/edge wear, (no creases or tears), no underlining/highlighting of text, no writing in margins, bindings tight and square with no tilt to cover, no page discoloration, no store stamps, very minimal wear and tear,  no missing pages, dust jacket included for hardcover books.
GOOD ~ Bindings tight, some spine/edge wear, some shelf wear to edges and corners, could have creases on cover, could have a slight tilt to cover, could have store stamps, could have  slight page discoloration, (no missing pages).
ACCEPTABLE ~  Good reading copies only, could have some damage to the cover,  heavy spine and edge wear, shelf wear, could have bent page corners, tilt to cover, dents dings, on front, back covers,  store stamps or reminder marks, no missing pages (book is still intact).
 
We buy our books from many different places, so we can’t guarantee that our used books have never been exposed to smoke, pet hair. Once they are in our bookstore they are not exposed to smoke/pet hair.
 
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal (this includes eChecks) and ask that payment is made within 7 days of the end of auction unless you contact us. We understand that things come up and all we need is a quick email to let us know if more time is needed.

SHIPPING:  We ship USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation within 2 business days upon receipt of your cleared payment .
 
COMBINED SHIPPING:  If you are interested in combined shipping just let us know. We allow up to 7 days for combined shipping. Your items must all be paid for in one transaction to qualify.  When you are ready for a combined invoice just email us so we can properly adjust the S/H price for you. We will automatically send you a combined  shipping invoice in 7 days if you have not already requested one.   Please wait for a combined invoice before payment is made. We can always adjust an invoice before payment is made.
 
COMBINED SHIPPING RATES: After the first auction you win.
Each additional small paperback add $.25 cents
Each additional large paperback add $.50 cents
Each additional hardback add $1.00
As a rule we will go by these rates. If we need to ship your books in a box we will use the shipping calculator as it may save you money on S/H charges.
