Shipping Information
United States Postal Service Monday, Wednesday & Friday - Excluding Holidays USPS ships via Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post & Priority Mail International International shipments going to any country OTHER than Canada MUST purchase insurance. Insurance is $1.45 for each $100 of coverage. We ship items weighing less than 1lb via First Class and items over 1lb via Priority Mail. If you wish to upgrade your package shipment, please contact us PRIOR to making your purchase! UPS Monday, Wednesday & Friday - Excluding Holidays We ship only select items via UPS. Most heavy items ship via Fedex (see below). FEDEX Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - Excluding Holidays FEDEX is our freight carrier of choice and all items weighing greater than 2 lbs shipping within country will be shipped via FEDEX. If your item is large sized or heavy be sure to provide a PHYSICAL shipping address. Fedex cannot deliver to a PO BOX or APO.
In the unfortunate even that an item is out of stock at the time of purchase you may request a REFUND or you may WAIT for the item to come back in stock (we'll provide you with an estimated arrival date) and it will ship as soon as we receive them back in stock! Payment Information
Payment is due within 7 day of auction close! We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Credit Cards via telephone!
If payment has not been received within 3 days of auction close we will send a reminder email. If payment is not received within 7 days we will file a dispute with eBay.
We are a licensed business and charge sales tax (6%) for sales made within PA and 7% for sales made in New Jersey.

For Returns - You must have an RMA # If your item is defective and it is covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to exchange it contact us at ebay@leynaspuppalace.com for an RMA #
