This is a hardcover book. This book does not have a dust jacket. There is some soiling on the covers and some scraping and pealing and fading on the covers and the binder. There is some age discoloring inside the book. and you can see the seam from the inside front cover and the back cover.. There is a name written on the first page. There is a tear on the inside front cover. The outside of the book looks really rough but all the pages are intact and all the pages are in good reading condition. The book is loose but intact.
