RETURN POLICY
Gazelle Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you originally received the item.
To initiate a return, contact us through "Ask Seller a Question" to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please include the reason for the return in your message as well as your preferred email address to receive further instructions and updates.
We will send return instructions to your email, along with a form to include with your item. Returns must be postmarked within five business days of the RMA issue date.
Please allow 5 business days for processing once we receive the returned item. We are not able to pay for return shipping. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if our return policy is not followed, or if the item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered. Refunds are issued to the original payment source. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges.
PAYMENT
If you are purchasing a Buy-It-Now item that requires Immediate Payment, you must submit payment via PayPal before you win the item. Please make sure that your shipping and payment information are correct before submitting.
For all other items:
Payment is due within three (3) day of the auction's end. If, within three (3) calendar days of the end of the auction, you do not make payment, your item(s) will be forfeited and relisted, and we will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay. The winning bidder will receive an email immediately following the close of the auction, providing a link to our secure, online checkout system which must be used to ensure prompt processing of your order. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, America Express, and Discover.
Sales Tax: Sales Tax will apply to all items shipped to Massachusetts (6.25%) as required by law.
SHIPPING
We typically ship items within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. Please contact us if you have any concerns, but please understand that we have little control over transit times once an item leaves our warehouse. We ship items Monday through Friday and can’t guarantee any weekend deliveries. We use UPS for all shipments to addresses within the United States, except for PO Box addresses which are shipped via USPS. All international shipments are sent via FedEx, except for items going to Russia, Ukraine, Greece and Canada which will be sent via USPS International.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you, but if your item arrives damaged we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipping carrier. Please hold the item and original packaging, and contact us immediately. We will issue a refund once the claim has been approved by the carrier.
We ship ONLY to the address that appears on your PayPal receipt. Please make sure that your address is correct before submitting payment. If any changes need to be made once the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for any additional fees. If a delivery is refused or returned to us, we will make one attempt to contact you before issuing a refund minus the original shipping cost.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You may be responsible for tariffs and brokerage fees upon delivery in your country. We always declare the actual value on commercial invoices. We can NOT declare packages as gifts.

All of our merchandise is in sold AS-IS condition & without warranty unless otherwise specified. Consumables such as batteries have a limited lifespan and may not function in a like-new manner. Please be aware that some devices require service, contracts or data plans which are not included in the purchase price.

We reserve the right to cancel bids during an auction from bidders with negative or limited feedback or a history of bid retractions. We also reserve the right to block non-paying bidders or bidders with negative feedback related issues.
