Payment is due within 7 DAYS. Buyer is responsible for S&H, insurance and custom's costs. All items are packed and shipped with great care, but buyer is responsible for items shipped once they leave my hands.
** Insurance is NOT available when shipping First Class, so please consider this before bidding. Please do not hold me responsible for what the USPS or your country's Custom's Department does with packages. If you are concerned about this, then I would advise you to choose the "Priority Mail" way of shipping and let me know if you want to purchase insurance. Ebay no longer has the option for the Buyer to purchase insurance, so I will have to adjust the invoice if you choose to do so. International Buyer's choosing Priority Mail the insurance is included.
I do not accept returns, unless I have shipped you the wrong kit. The kit is Brand New and should not be defective in any way, but please contact me if there is a problem and I will work something out. Thank you :)
