Organizer works, and is in like NEW condition.  There are no scratches, marks or stains of any sort.  Stylus, and carry case, charging/transfer dock with usb cable, and charging cord all included.

I also have the Read this first manual, the Operating Instructions, The Picture Gear Pocket instructions, the PEO Install CD-ROM. 

If you have any questions, I will answer them to the best of my ability.  This is not my system, so I have a very limited knowledge the use of it.
