BUT we are NOT responsible for any postal damages if you don't pay insurance ($2.50). Please do not blame us if you receive a little cracked/broken jewel case. You've been warned. So we don't expect any neutral/negative feedback only because of damaged cases as they are very fragile. Items will be sent in common bubble mailers. Returns: we accept returns within 7 business days. But you can not return your item because of cracked/broken jewel case unless you paid insurance (please, read above). If your disc plays with skips or not as described in your opinion just email us and we'll find a solution.
