This auction is for an Orrefors Crystal Romeo and Juliet Vase. It is a lovely piece of art glass. The crystal is sparkling clear. Romeo is etched on the front of the vase. Juliet is on her balcony on the back side. When viewed from the front the scene has a 3-D effect. It is signed but I can only read the following: orrefors.n.3161.111.D
Taking pictures of crystal, especially clear, is very difficult. Sometimes a picture taken outside on my balcony gives the best shot. This was taken in late afternoon with the sun setting behind. The piece is crystal clear...no coloration except the frosted etchings.
I have inspected this piece thoroughly. It has no chips, cracks, dings or restoration. There are some minor scratches on the bottom, hardly worth mentioning and several pinpoint air bubbles present at manufacturing.

Because of the fragile nature of this piece and the danger of possible careless repacking of this lovely piece, I will not accept a return or offer a refund unless this item is grossly misrepresented. Again, if you need additional pictures or have questions, please ask before bidding.
This piece will be double boxed and very carefully packed to insure that it arrives in the same condition as advertised.
I have over 9 years experience packing and shipping ceramics and glass - over 10,000 pieces shipped from my home. I feel I have far more experience and expertise than any "professional" packer. There will be a $2.00 additional charge for a packing fee to cover the cost of packing materials. Insurance is required as well.
