Payment:

* I accept pay pal.  Please email me if pay pal is a problem for you.  If you do not have a pay pal account linked to your ebay account, please email me.  I have to exempt you or you won't be able to bid.  

* Important!! If you buy more than one item...please let me know when your done and wait for a combined invoice.

* If you just go ahead and pay and don't wait for an invoice it takes all the individual ships and adds them together causing inflated shipping costs which I then have to refund.

*Payments over $250.00 (total payment) using pay pal customer has to sign for the item.  In some cases this may be added to your shipping costs when I invoice.

Shipping/Packing:

* I always use delivery confirmation on your items!!

* I Do combine shipping to save you money whenever possible!!

* My PACKING PROCEDURE for glass and breakables is nothing touches the sides, top, or bottom of the box...or each other without padding to prevent breakage!

* If several items are very fragile, I might leave them in original boxes when packing several items in one box to protect them.

* BUYER'S OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES....I will only use Internation Priority Mail and Express Mail Services for all items.  The post office has eliminated all economy services.

* I will not lie on customes forms...Sorry!!

* Since I'm now forced to only use pay pal only as a form of payment, I have to use services that have delivery confirmation. This is pay pal's rule and not mine and is not negotiable.

* If you don't use pay pal to pay and use another form of payment I can check on First Class International.  First Class International does have restrictions. It can not weigh more than 4lbs and it can not be more than 36 inches in combined girth. This is measuring the box around the middle and adding the length so it's not a very big box.

Terms & Conditions:

* Contact should be made to me within 3 days so I know when and how you will be paying (if item isn't paid by then).

* Item must be paid within 7 days of auction end.

* If you pay with pay pal, I will only ship to the address listed on your pay pal account (no exceptions!)

* I Insure most items myself so if there is a problem you need to talk to me first thing then I will know which way to go for the insurance. I do pack very well and never, ever have problems with breakage as you can see in my feedback.

* I may require signature confirmation if you live in an apartment on expensive items.  This protects the buyer...as the 2 things that were lost were offices and apartments that said they were delivered.  I beleive in these cases where there is no mailbox items are lifted or stolen.  

* I do accept returns on the off chance I make a mistake in my description or listing.  I do however go over everything I list with a fine tooth comb.  when you buy from me expect it to be packed to make it and also described very well.

* I have had no returns in the past and don't expect any in the future because I'm very careful in my descriptions and take lots of pictures.

1  Why am I blocked from bidding when I have a pay pal account?

Your pay pal account is not linked to your ebay account - go into pay pal and link your pay pal account to your ebay account.

2  I don't have a pay pal account but I would like to bid!!

Please contact me (giving me enough time before the auction ends) to exempt you from having to have a pay pal account.

3  I have a pay pal account but want to pay another way!!.

Please do not bid till you contact me to find what other payment forms are excepted.

4  Things that will get you blocked permanently from my auctions.

a. Never paid or contacted me about an item.  (exceptions if contacted before filed unpaid expires and the item is paid)

b. Rude comments through ebays message system or email.

c. Letting a counter offer expire on an item.  This falls under ebay's best offer system.  If you make a best offer and I send a counter offer, I expect the offer to be accepted or declined.  Do not ignore a counter-offer letting it expire so that it looks like I let it expire.  If my potential buyers think I let an offer expire without responding they may not bother to make an offer (thinking I ingore offers).  I do not ignore offers!!  I either decline, accept or make a counter offer.  I expect the same courtesy.  Of course if it's very close to the end this may not be able to be helped.  Please try and give me & yourself time to reply to offers by not making them the last minute.  I know stuff happens and you may not see it till the last minute...just keep in mind the timelines if you can.

d. Making a bid to see the reserve then retracting it.

e. Bidding on an item and leaving positive and dinging my stars cause you are a competitor selling simular items.  Not only does this get you blocked but I will report this to ebay.

FYI!  Unpaid items now get billed for ebay listing fees and in some cases (ie...asking to pay a certain date but don't) Interest will be calculated on the unpaid balance starting the 7th day from the end till the unpaid process closes as I can not relist the item till then.  Ebay is a contract!  I never will not sell an item because I didn't get the price I wanted!!  If you won the item it's yours!!
