This is a gorgeous SCARCE and Rare LP titled "Casino Royale" from Charles K. Feldman and Colgems Records.  Identifying number on LP is COSO-5005 Stereo.  Music by Burt Bacharach and theme by Herb Albert and the Tijuana Brass and Dusty Springfield. 

This still has the Plastic on it, but it was opened by me to check out the record.  NEVER PLAYED and includes the songs:
