Lootie Pfannder was a women's basketball star in college, and now she is excited to take on the challenge of coaching the new girls' team at a small private school. After evaluating her team, she realizes a lot of work is needed for the girls to be successful. Lootie needs to use all her own strength to motivate the girls and convince everyone they can be winners. Despite opposition from all corners, she manages to bring a handful of promising individuals to a state championship tournament, but a miracle will be needed to ensure they don't get laughed off the court.
