dryers available today.

All standard deliveries will be brought to the door of your house or building. If you require inside delivery, please contact our sales department at 1-877-512-9724 to assist you with the order. Please note that delivery up or down stairs without an elevator is not available. All truckline deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. If the product is found to be damaged other than what is described in this listing, you must refuse the item or sign the delivery ticket as damaged with a description of the damage. This will assist us with the claims process with the trucking company.
Once we have confirmation that this unit has shipped, we will forward you the tracking information so you can schedule a delivery time.
Note: The flat rate charge covers any type of delivery such as residential or commercial deliveries. No extra charge for liftgates.

Returns Policy
Most products may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days after delivery. Returned products must be in a new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returns related to orders that included “free shipping” will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Returns must be shipped to us by using the same means of transportation as the product was delivered to you. You would need to contact us at 1-877-512-9724 to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA #) prior to returning your product so that we can process your return. All unauthorized returns will be refused at the time of delivery and no credit will be issued.
Defective Products
Your satisfaction is our top priority. The products we sell carry the manufacturers warranty and all product defects would go through the manufacturer. We can assist you with contacting the manufacturer if you have any problems but the warranty is ultimately the manufacturers responsibility.
Damages
We will gladly exchange or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged products must have the original box, packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Once we are contacted in accordance with the above procedures, we will have the shipping company return to the delivery location to pick up the damaged product. Please make sure the product is available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up.
