If you decide that you do not want the item(s) after winning the auction you will be charged 25% of the winning bid or $5.00, whichever is greater, to recover listing fees.
1. We combine orders for your convenience and to save you money, but please do not pay for your order until we have sent you a combined invoice to insure that you are being charged correctly.
2. We will do our best to combine all of your items into one box to save you money, but due to the nature of the items that we sell, some orders will have to be split up into multiple boxes and individual shipping charges will be applied to each box.
3. For Domestic orders, we offer UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Post on your invoice. USPS may sometimes be cheaper on smaller items, but UPS is more reliable, and supplies you with a tracking number, whereas USPS does not. For these reasons, we recommend UPS. Other services may be available upon request.
4. We do not use USPS Flat Rate Boxes.
5. When purchasing large items that are shipped on a pallet, you must pay for shipping. Please wait for us to send you an invoice before paying to avoid delays.
Payment Terms: Paypal is our preferred payment method. Orders can also be paid with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) by calling the number at the top of the auction. These are the only two forms of payment we can accept due to the recent changes in eBay's Accepted Payment Policy. This policy can be viewed here.
Delivery Time: Handling Time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time in the United States is normally 3-5 business days. International shipping may take up to 4 weeks depending on your location and shipping choice. We only ship Monday-Thursday
Tracking Number: You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with a link containing your tracking number so you can monitor your orders shipping status.
Discrepancies: Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what items were ordered and what was actually shipped. Please email us for specific details about returns.
Shortage / Damage:Please unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 15 business days of delivery. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call or e-mail us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim.
International Shipping: International customers are responsible for reading our international shipping policies here before bidding.
Local Pick-up: We offer free local pickup from our location in Roanoke, Virginia, Monday through Friday from 8am - 2pm.
