    Items are shipped out Monday to Friday. We strive to ship items within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received.

    To get a real-time shipping quote to your destination, enter your country and zip / postal code information into the shipping calculator and click "Get Rate".

          ·        Combined Package Shipping is offered.  This is based on the total weight/dimensions of your purchase. 

          ·              We offer local pickups at our Mississauga store front.       

          ·        Pickups are available 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 10am - 5pm.  A $5.00 fee applies to each item picked up.

          ·        All items are shipped with UPS/Canada Post (Expedited/Xpresspost) and are insured up to $100.  Any additional coverage is the buyer’s responsibility.

    ·        We only ship within Canada and to the U.S.A.

    ·        We do NOT ship to P. O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's. with UPS.

    ·        Ontario Residents Pay HST 13%

    ·        New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador Residents Pay HST 13%

    ·        Nova Scotia Residents Pay HST 15%

    ·        British Columbia Residents Pay HST 12%

    ·        Rest of Canada Residents Pay GST 5%

    The U. S. A. imposes Customs duty fees / importation taxation, etc., on items being shipped in from a foreign country.  Esource Parts is not responsible for these fees; customers are responsible for payment of such fees.

    • We accept Paypal and Cash upon pickup for payment.
    • Once an auction has ended, an email will be sent to the winning bidder with instructions on how to proceed with the payment and checkout.
    • Winning bidder must make payment arrangements within 3 days.  If payment has not been received with 7 days of auction close, the item will be re-listed.

    • All of our items are either customer returns, end of line product, store displays or open box items.  We don't refurbish our products.  No original manufacturer warranty is included.
    • Esource Parts strives to provide our customers with the highest quality of service in the electronics industry. Items that are sold guaranteed against D. O. A. (Dead-on-Arrival) are tested and are covered by our return policy.
    • If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires. Once an item is shipped back, it will be replaced or a refund will be issued. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered.  Please ensure that you fully test your product within 48 hours even if this is being purchased for someone else!
    • We do not gaurantee the battery life on any products that we sell.
    • AS-IS items are exactly that: they are sold the way they are. There is NO warranty/guarantee that covers an AS-IS item. You are agreeing to this by placing a bid on the auction. Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered by our return policy.
