To Our Loyal Customers:
Over the years we have been pleased to provide you with the finest NASCAR plastic model kits featuring the most popular drivers. Regrettably however, over the last several years we have faced increasing licensing costs that are greater than our increase in sales. Despite our best efforts to secure reasonable licensing terms for NASCAR model kits in general, and the Car of Tomorrow in particular, we have been unable to develop a program that allows us to market the product at a viable price point. Consequently, we will not be issuing a kit on the Car of Tomorrow and, in fact, will be exiting the NASCAR business altogether. We will discontinue all sales of NASCAR plastic kits by February 28, 2009.
This has been an extremely difficult decision to make as we are fully aware of the avid fan base of NASCAR model kit builders and truly appreciate your support over the years. We trust you will find other model kits in our line that will be of interest and that will provide you with the model building enjoyment you desire.

· Due to my job, sometimes I am unable to respond to emails, send invoices and am unable to ship items out right away. At times it may take 1-7 days to respond back or send out the package after payment is received due to the fact of not being around to process emails & items.
· I want to be honest and upfront - when all costs are figured out, I do not make anything on shipping
· ALL MODEL KITS ARE SOLD AS IS – NO RETURNS
· Shipping choices available for the United States is either USPS PRIORTY MAIL or UPS GROUND
· Delivery Confirmation included on all US orders
· In the US, buyers will receive a courtesy e-mail with a tracking number automatically generated when I print off the shipping label from PAYPAL. You must have a working e-mail address registered with Ebay to receive your delivery info. Be sure you set your spam filter to accept the e-mails.
· Worldwide shipping available is USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL or USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY
· I will be happy to combine shipping costs.
· Payment accepted is PAYPAL only.
· Due to the new payment policies for Sellers, starting in October, being instituted by EBAY, I will no longer be accepting payment via the mail. PAYPAL ONLY
· There is an 5 day maximum for combining shipping. If you win auctions and make purchases more than 5 days apart, I will start a new order and apply shipping charges accordingly
· If you are purchasing several items please wait for me to send you a corrected invoice with shipping costs before making payment. Be sure to make only one payment transaction for your entire purchase. If you make separate payments for each item, full shipping will be added to each payment.
· Payment must be received within 5 days . Otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be filed the following day with EBAY. In the past I have given bidders / winners a lot of slack for payment but that now stops because my patience and generosity has been taken advantage of numerous times by members. I try to be fair with everyone but it seems like I only get taken advatnge of.
· Be sure PAYPAL has your correct shipping address. I will always ship to the address that is listed with your PAYPAL payment. Any orders returned due to incorrect address will be charged another shipping fee for re-delivery.
· All correspondence via e-mail, will be done thru EBAY and MY EBAY MESSAGES, which are documented. Every member has this service available to him or her thru their MY EBAY account, so a person cannot use the excuse that they were never notified.
· Please refer to the USPS or UPS website for any questions regarding, shipping services, domestic & international shipping regulations, shipping costs, shipping times & tracking numbers and tracking of packages. There is a minimal cost added to shipping prices to cover some fees, materials and time to process the order. Please believe me, when all costs are figured out I do not make anything on shipping.
