I do not produce or make decals, so I do not have any control over the quality of the decal if a problem arises.

Purchase or win multiple decals and save on Shipping & Handling costs.

A flat rate combined shipping cost is charged for decals – No matter if 1 decal is purchased or 20 decals are purchased the shipping cost is the same. There is no extra handling fee charged for purchasing or winning multiple decals.

GENERAL INFORMATION

·        All information provided is to the best of my knowledge

·          For protection purposes, I go the extra step for you the buyer. The decals will be shipped in an envelope between 2 pieces of cardboard.  I DO NOT put the decals in a flimsy file folder and then put them into an envelope. Starting shipping weight of the envelopes is a minimum of 3 ounces.

·          ****US & NON U.S. - INTERNATIONAL BUYERS**** please note and keep in consideration that shipping items via USP FIRST CLASS MAIL and USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL may be more economical, but may take more time to deliver than what the Postal Services advertise –Please keep this in mind when leaving DSR & Feedback.  Please be patient when expecting delivery of your package.

·          **** ATTENTION ALL BUYERS***** I have NO influence over delivery time or services used. The delivery company is the responsible party. If a buyer has an issue with delivery time or the way a package was treated during delivery, or how the package was delivered, please contact the DELIVERY SERVICE about this issue.

·          Sometimes when buying older, discontinued, out of production decals, due to their age there may be problems once in water. I cannot be responsible for decals once they are in water. A suggestion is if a problem arises; coat the decals with a liquid decal film or a clear coat before putting the decals in water and this may solve the problem.

·          All correspondence will be done via email thru EBAY and MY EBAY MESSAGES, which are documented. Every member has this service available to him or her thru their MY EBAY account, so a person cannot use the excuse that they were never notified.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

·          NO RETURNS – ALL SALES FINAL

·          Payment accepted is PAYPAL only.

·          I will be happy to combine shipping costs for multiple purchased/won items.

·          There is an 5 day maximum for combining shipping. If you win auctions and make purchases more than 5 days apart, I will start a new order and apply shipping charges accordingly

·          If you are purchasing several items please wait for me to send you a corrected invoice with shipping costs before making payment. Be sure to make only one payment transaction for your entire purchase. If you make separate payments for each item, full shipping will be added to each payment.

·          Payment must be received within 5 days . Otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be filed the following day with EBAY.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

·          I do not make money on Shipping and Handling charges for shipping decals, please realize this before leaving a less than a 5 for DSR Ratings. – for those people who think I do make money, please take the time to think about and research the cost that is invested in getting the buyer their decals safely, here is some of what is invested, - Time, Ink, Envelope, Tape, Cardboard, Shipping Labels, Electricity & Other Misc. Fee’s plus I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. For every extra decal purchased over 1 - the extra shipping & handling fee is not charged.

·          Shipping choices available for the United States is either USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL or USPS PRIORTY MAIL.

·          Delivery Confirmation included on all envelopes shipped in the United States. Envelopes shipped outside the United States receive a US Customs number.

·          In the US, buyers can locate the Delivery Confirmation Number when you access your EBAY ORDER DETAILS page

·          I want to be honest and upfront - when all the order processing time, material costs and final value fees are figured out, I do not make anything on shipping charges

·          Worldwide shipping available is USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL or USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL, which is offered at a substantially higher cost by the USPS.
