        We only accept replacement. All the DVR system, cameras, power supply, cables and accessories are NON-returnable. All of our items have 1 year warty. If our warranty is still in effect (count from the shipping date), pls click the link above and contact us to obtain information.

        All packages must ship back to our Hong Kong office.  Before you ship out the package, you have to contact our tech support department to determine the case. After our technician agree to return the item , you have to download the RMA form below and email us to obtain a RMA number. We will refuse return package without the RMA number.
