Lucky Penny warranty: The banjo you have purchased was manufactured under carefully controlled conditions using the finest materials available. It was designed and built to give you years of satisfactory service. We warrant this banjo against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If a defect develops during the warranty period, you should promptly notify our Customer Service Department in writing at 103 W. Dakota St., Butler, Mo. USA 64730 or email us at sales@luckypennymusic.com and explain the nature of the problem. You will receive a prompt reply from a Customer Service representative with knowledgeable suggestions on how you might quickly remedy the problem.
A replacement part may be shipped to you at no charge. In the event the problem cannot be remedied through these means, you will be asked to return the banjo to Lucky Penny Music, Customer Service Department, 103 W. Dakota St, Butler, MO. 64730 where, at our option, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent instrument of the same model. Should a return be necessary, the unit should be sent freight prepaid and insured for value. You are responsible for all freight charges.
This warranty applies only to the original owner and does not cover broken strings; damage caused by abuse, accident, negligence, or improper storage; rusting or corrosion; normal wear and tear; damage caused by exposure to the elements or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. This warranty does not apply unless the product is registered within 10 days of the date of your purchase of the instrument. Registration can be done on our Web site at http://www.luckypennymusic.com
We ship all items that are paid for by 3pm Central time within one business day of payment. We ship Monday through Friday . Any payments received after 3pm central time Friday will ship the following business day, which is Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or any postal or UPS Holidays.
Our main shipping method on items over 11 ounces is UPS ground. We provide tracking to all buyers who provide us with their email address. We ship to the address ebay has on file for the buyer ONLY unless special arrangements are made prior to us shipping. If we have to redirect a package because your address is different than the one ebay has for you there will be a $10.00 UPS redirect fee. All items under 11 ounces are generally shipped First Class Mail which has NO TRACKING. We ship this way to save the buyer money. If the buyer wants special shipping we will ship any way the buyer wants. Orders out of the US are generally shipped Priority Mail International. Orders to Alaska , Hawaii, and Puerto Rico cannot be shipped UPS ground and are subject to the Priority Mail shipping cost. Those items are shipped Priority Mail . If you only give us a PO box and not an address we also can only ship Priority and must charge the Priority price. WE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO COMBINE ORDERS TO GET YOU THE BEST SHIPPING PRICE.
You may also pick up any item at our retail store in Butler , Missouri for NO SHIPPING CHARGE OR PICKUP CHARGE.

Most items may be returned any time within 10 days of the end of the auction or 7 days from the day you receive the item, whichever is longer. You must pay all shipping and handling both ways on returns. We do not charge any restocking or return fees.
