To initiate the return process, send an e-mail to orders@beautysupply4less.com. You will then be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RGA number. Beauty Supply 4Less will not issue a RGA for merchandise that was invoiced more than 30 days prior to the date of request for a RGA. No exceptions. If your item becomes defective, you must contact the manufacturer if it is past the 30 day allowed time. Otherwise we will refund or replace defective item within that time frame. Items being returned must be properly packed in their original boxes along with all included packing, parts, accessories, and instructions. After we have received the package it will take up to four to five business days to process. The item will be inspected by our techs and if determined it is defective we will ship a new item or issue a refund per your request. Returned orders will be charged a 25 % restocking fee and shipping fees on all NON DEFECTIVE merchandise. In case of lost or damage product(s), please record the tracking number of the item shipped to us. We will not issue a refund without proof of delivery. If you feel you meet this criterion, please follow step 1 listed above.
