This item will ship from us at the quoted price. Residential addresses are much more expensive to ship to than a commercial address. For best rate have shipped to a commercial address. You can pick up for the commercial rate at a Freight Warehouse, also. Residential deliveries will be about $50 extra to your door (No inside delivery or uncrating.) Businesses without a loading dock will be subject to a lift-gate fee of $55.00 if you want or need a liftgate. This item can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. Can be slid into a pick-up bed off of the freight truck to avoid lift-gate charges. Addresses are researched and billed residential if out of a business area. Freight companies do not like to drive in a residential area and charge highly to do so. $50.00. They are also very serious about their extra charge fees. [Highway robbery - we know all about it.] Please help us to make this a hassle free delivery.
