You are bidding on a Brand New Genuine Bayou Classic Beer Can Chicken Rack. These are great in the oven or on the grill. All you do is place a half can of beer or your favorite soda (we've been very pleased with use of Dr. Pepper but any soda will work) inside the rack and cook using an indirect cooking method where you place your coals on one side of your grill & the Chicken on the rack on the other (detailed instructions are on the card that comes with the rack). You may add additional seasoning to the beer/soda such as extra rub on seasoning, worscestire / soy sauce, minced garlic and onions

Muncy's Organics Hyacinth Vine

Shown here just as the smoker was loaded. Use of the pie plate shown with the bird sitting in it is optional. We use it to catch drippings & to cook the neck/liver etc. in at the same time. We find it also makes handling the bird some what easier.

Note the toothpicks in the top, they're used to hold the neck skin flap over an onion or clove of garlic inside the neck cavity.
