Measurements are as follows TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY:

 Width from the bottom of the arm hole to the bottom of the arm hole is 19-1/4 inches for a total of 38-1/2 inches around. 

From the arm hole at the yoke to the other arm hole the measurement is 13-3/4 inches for a total of 27-1/2 inches. (look at the picture to see where the yoke falls.) 

From the under arm to the bottom of the vest is 9-1/2 inches. 

The back length in the middle is 19-1/2 inches.
