I use xerox laser printer & these are laser cut (2) 1/8 inch punch hole is pre-punch, if you wish not to have them pre-punch, please indicate that to your order. Once all the information is received your order will be processed in a timely manner; normally, within 2-5 days after receiving all the information required to process your order. Orders that are more than 10 sets please allow time to process your order as I have been trying to process orders as they come in. If you have a special request to really need this on a certain time, please email me first before ordering to see if I can accomodate your deadline. This item requires time to process due to layout, printing, and cutting process. I hope you understand. I've been good getting the orders out in a timely manner. Your order will be shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS. It is crucial that you provide a good mailing address. I do not guaranteee item lost in the mail. There are no returns for personalized items unless there is typo error on my part. Shipping cost includes the packaging materials, ebay & paypal fees, of course the post fees. Delivery confirmation is included. FIRST CLASS MAIL  normally takes 2-5 days or up to 11 days to deliver via USPS. If you order too close to your event and if you did not receive your order on time or before your event, please do not count it against the seller as this is beyond my control once it goes out for shipping.  My turnaround for Shipping & Handling is very reasonable and may take from 1-3 days depending on the size of your order. PRIORITY MAIL may take up to 2 to 3 days as stated, but USPS does not guarantee that it would deliver within 2-3 days. It may also take longer up to 11 days.
