Return policy is 30 days and $200.00 restocking fee per hearing aid. Exchange or upgrade policy is 30 days and no restocking fee. Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered to you and must include all the packaging material. There will be a $45.00 additional fee for any missing or damaged accessory. Loss & damage policy is 2 years, one time replacement and $275.00 per aid deductible.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
