IMPORTANT:

I always make insurance optional. The mail runs slow sometimes. Please consider  buying the insurance if you can't take the risk of losing the money you paid for your item in case the post office loses or damages your package. I can't be responsible for mistakes made by the post office. If you want your items in less than a week please choose Priority Mail.  There are time when "in country" mail takes that long or longer to be delivered. No returns. All items are represented honestly and any imperfections are noted. In the event of an unusual and unforeseen circumstance I will work with you. Your satisfaction is my #1 concern!

Attention International buyers:  There will be an approximate 3-5 day wait between the time you pay and when the package is mailed. I  wait until I have several packages to mail before I go to the post office rather than making 1-3 trips per week to mail 1 or 2 items. I will email you when your package is on the way. The only methods of international mail that can be insured are Priority Mail International and Express Mail. While it is unusual for a package to be completely lost it does happen so if you are concerned with being able to get a refund for lost or damaged goods please request one of the shipping methods that can be insured.

I get a lot of questions asking if the makeup I am selling are new, unused, and untested. The answer to that question is YES!! It is against ebay rules to sell used cosmetics. Yes you see them listed and that is because ebay did not catch it.

I do my best to describe items as they look to me. Please refer to manufacturer information or swatch for complete detail, or personal experience. Many of the items I sell are pwp items and are not what I would personally consider as a sample. Sample products are generally one or two uses and tiny compared to the pwp items.

If there is a problem with your merchandise when you get it please write me so we can work it out together. No one wants negative feedback and it is really unnecessary when a reasonable solution can be reached.
