International items are shipped USPS Priority Mail International except for Bellair items which ship to Canada via UPS Ground. Insurance on International Shipments is never thru the US Post Office, we use another vendor. We will not mark any items as gifts or lower the purchase price on the customs forms.P>

COMBINED SHIPPING. All items to be combined on one invoice must be purchased within a 7 day period. Please wait for a combined invoice from us before making payment as the shipping charges may be incorrect. The new USPS shipping regulations will make it more expensive to combine shipping for some items than it would cost to ship them seperately so we will combine shipments accordingly. The Buyer must make payment within 7 days of the auction ending. In the case of combined items payment is due within 7 days of the end of the last auction to be combined
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:If an item is damaged the Buyer must notify us by email, including a picture of the damage, within 48 hours of delivery. If insured thru USPS the Buyer must take any damaged item to their Post Office to file the insurance claim, it is the buyers responsibility, not ours. For damaged items not insured thru USPS, the Buyer may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a replacement, or a store credit in the amount of the actual bid amount or Buy It Now price if the item is out of stock. Buyer is to pay for the return shipping, the seller will pay shipping for the replacement item. The insurance does not cover shipping costs. The item must be in its original packaging with all original materials, unless otherwise authorized by Justanexcuse.
Many Disney items do not come in boxes. We ship in the original box whenever possible.
SNOWGLOBES: Please note that Disney snow globes are not guaranteed to be free of air bubbles. During production, small air bubbles may cling to the inside of the glass and the character insert when water is introduced and the globe is sealed. In the course of shipping and other handling, the small bubbles release from the internal surfaces and rise to the top, where they join to form a single, larger air bubble, often visible at the top of the globe. Because they do not deprive the buyer of the beneficial and complete use of the globe, air bubbles are not considered to be a defect by Disney or Just An Excuse
