We are not responsible for transient time. The information provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note during inclimate weather, peak periods- ie. holiday seasons, delivery times need to be extended 1-2 business days. Most items have the option of Priority Mail and Express Mail for Expedited Service. Please verify your address during the checkout process as we are not responsible for items returned to us as a result of a wrong address entered(moved). When the item is returned to us, a refund will be issued less our shipping expenses.

We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico and Internationally for most items. The product description will state if there is a surcharge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico.
