Published by MacMillan & Co., Ltd. 1900, London, 363 pages.  Original cloth boards with rubbing and wear to corners and spine.  No dustjacket.  Page ends and pages are quite age toned.  Former owner’s inscription on front free end page and dated 1902.  Pages are otherwise unmarked.  Binding is loose, but still strong and intact.  Rear hinge is just beginning to crack.  A nice copy of this hard to find volume.
