Piano sheet music with vocal line and ukulele chord charts - keyof E flat - DANCING WITH TEARS IN MY EYES. NY: M. Witmark & Sons, 1930. Words by Al Dubin, music by Joe Burke. Measures 9 x 12", 2 leaves, 4 pp.

Art Deco cover in vivid orange, black and white with a large photo inset of vocalist Rudy Vallee with facsimile signature. The margins show couples ballroom dancing. This is a love-lost song about dancing with the wrong person: "Those who dance and romance while they dance, They seem so happy and gay; Tho' they sing while they swing and they sway, Somehow I can't feel that way...For I'm dancing with tears in my eyes, 'Cause the one in my arms isn't you", etc.

CONDITION: Fair because cover is detached at the fold. However, the leaves have only minor wear, and the cover is bright and attraceive and devinitely suitable for framing..
