Piano sheet music with vocal line and guitar chord charts - key of B flat - I LOVE ME WIFE, BUT, OH, YOU KID!. Words and music by Harry Armstrong and Billy Clark. Measures 9 x 12" - 3 leaves, 6 pp. NY: Jerry vogel Music Co., Inc., 1937.

Art Deco cover art in shades of blue signed "Barbelle" depicting musical notes, each inset with a graphic illustrating a Vogel song, including this one. ASCAP slug at lower right corner. Comic novelty song about a henpecked, harried married man who takes a shine to a woman he meets at a restaurant - with consequences at home!

The back of the cover as a full page ad for ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) with a photo inset of composer Victor Herbert.

CONDITION: Very Good. Very minor wear and soiling, small inked number at upper right, publisher's sticker ("the old songs are the best songs"). The cover is bright and attractive and definitely suitable for framing.
