At this time, PRINT5K accepts payment through PayPal only by:
1. Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
2. eCheck: An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer that withdrawls money directly from your bank account. Its just like writing a check, only it is done electronically.

After full payment has been made on your purchase, the following steps will help you complete and understand the ordering process.

1. Complete your payment through PayPal.
2. E-mail your company logo and/or website to sales@print5k.com and reference the auction # in the subject line.
3. Wait up to 1 business day for a proof to be e-mailed to you.
4. Once the artwork is approved the printing process will begin and takes 5-7 business days. (Rush service for an additional fee)
5. When your order has finished printing, we will ship it using UPS Ground and supply you with a tracking #

Shipments will be as follows:

Continental US: UPS Ground
Alaska/Hawaii: USPS Priority

We will ship out all orders within 2 business days from the date of completed print product (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Tracking numbers will be emailed once items are shipped. Please keep in mind that we are NOT responsible for delivery delays due to holidays, weather, acts of nature or damage caused by shipping carrier, please order your product in advance.
