General Terms and Conditions

Unless we state otherwise on a particular eBay listing page, all of our eBay listings are subject to the following general terms and conditions.  PLEASE DO NOT BID on any of our items without having first read these terms and conditions, as once you have placed a bid you will be bound by them.

Shipping & Handling Charges

The majority of our listings use the calculated shipping option based on your location. 

U.S. BUYERS: To use the shipping calculator put in the quantity (if purchasing more than one) and zip code and click on the "Get Rates" button and you will receive the shipping cost to your location.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: To use the shipping calculator put in the quantity (if purchasing more than one) and change the country to your country and click on the "Get Rates" button and you will receive the shipping cost to your location

Condition; Item Description

We have done our best to reveal the material condition of the offered piece in sufficient detail.  We are not experts in this type of merchandise; accordingly, if any item is not "as described" in our listing page, your sole recourse is to ask for a refund.  In no event will we be responsible for any defects in condition that are either disclosed in our item description or are clearly depicted in our listing photos.  We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding any item sold on eBay, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Photos

  Colors may appear slightly different to each bidder due to individual monitor settings on your personal computer.  For that reason, colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the product you receive.  We are not responsible for slight variations in color, and will not accept returns based on this except in extraordinary circumstances where it can be clearly proven that the discrepancy was our fault.

Returns and Refunds

If you feel an item has been incorrectly described on our listing page, please e-mail us within two (2) days after the auction closing and explain why you feel that way.  If we agree, you will return the item to us in exactly the condition it was in when we delivered it to the USPS, including all original tags.  When we receive the item back from you, we will refund your winning bid amount, less any shipping and delivery charges, promptly but in no event later than three (3) days after we receive the item.  If any item is returned to us in a condition different from the conditiion it was in when we delivered it to the USPS, or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the same as the item we shipped to you, we will notify you and return the item to you without a refund.

Except for the above return policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Requests for returns or refunds made after five (5) days following the listing closing date will be honored only in our sole descretion based on compelling evidence that we were at fault.

Payment

The only form of payment we accept is PayPal.

Shipping Schedule

We typically ship six (6) times a week, but all overnight packages will go out within one business day of receipt of payment.

Insurance

We offer insurance as an option on all of our listings.  If we do not offer insurance as an option on any listing, you may nonetheless ask us to insure delivery for an additional fee.  We will not refund your money if items are lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit unless you buy insurance (see Risk of Loss).

Risk of Loss

We pack all items with great care, and will assume all risk of loss until we deliver the item(s) to the USPS.  In the unlikely event that the item(s) is lost, damaged, or destroyed before we deliver it to the USPS our only liability or obligation to you will be to refund promptly any monies we have received from you.

At the moment we deliver the item to the USPS, risk of loss in the item shifts from us to you.  This means that you, from that moment forward, assume any risk of loss to the item from any cause or circumstance whatsoever, whether or not within your control.  We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for items over $25 or whatever amount represents an unacceptable loss to you.  Because if you opt not to insure, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO ANY ITEM(S) AFTER DELIVERING THE ITEM(S) TO THE USPS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Nonpaying Buyers

We do not tolerate nonpaying buyers (NPB's).  If you are the winning bidder and you fail to contact us within three (3) days after a listing closes, or if you fail to tender all funds due to us within ten (10) days after a listing closes, we will presume you are a nonpaying buyer, your purchase will be cancelled and you will be barred from ever bidding again on our listings.

If you are planning to go on an extended vacation or business trip when the listing closes and will not be able to communicate with us within the above time periods, please contact us in advance and let us know so that we do not mistakenly treat you as a nonpaying bidder.

Listing Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any listing prior to the closing date for any reason.  In that event we will notify each bidder, and let them know whether and when the item will be reposted.

Communications to Seller

All communications to us should be sent through eBay's email system.  We will use our best efforts to respond to all e-mail communications within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.  Any additional information we provide you about a particular item may, at our discretion, be posted to our listing page or otherwise made public for the benefit of all bidders.
