- Shipping is COMPLETELY FREE!
- We use a few different methods of shipping depending on the circumstance. Normally, we will ship via Federal Express 3 day delivery. If the event is approaching soon, we will ship FedEx overnight if necessary.
- Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means the same day you place the order. Sometimes, tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on them to arrive.
- We can NOT ship to a PO Box because the Postal Service will not accept a FedEx package! At checkout, you will have to provide either a residential or business address.
- Payment Instructions

- PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay through paypal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
- Payment must be made first for the auction to end.

- Sorry, but to protect the buyer and seller, the seat numbers are disclosed only to the buyer after you purchase the tickets, and only at the buyers request.
- E-tickets will NOT be emailed unless the event is too close to ship.
- In some rare cases, the tickets in this auction may no longer be available because they were purchased on our website before we could end the auction. In these cases, we will offer replacement tickets or a full refund to the buyer.
- Return Policy

- Full 100% refund if the event is cancelled.
- If the event date/time is changed, no refund is available, and the tickets will be valid for the new time.
