We pack all of our items with great care, but we cannot be held fully responsible for item once it is in possession of the shipping company. *Freight costs will be calculated according to the size, weight and delivery location. A Business delivery with a forklift will always cost less than a Residential delivery. If you do not see a freight cost in the listing, please contact us and we will give you a quote. If you have your own freight company pick the item up on your behalf, we will charge a $50 per pallet packaging fee. Claims: Once an item leaves our facility, any damages incurred, are the responsibility of the buyer and the freight company alone. If you do not pay for or have the item removed within a week of sale closing, we will require another $35 per week storage fee.
