  PAYMENT OF ITEMS

  • We only accept Paypal and all major credit cards by phone. We are a verified Paypal user.
  • Payment must be completed within 3 days after auction or sale close.
  • If payment has not been paid by 7 days after close we will send a final notice then file a no-pay claim with ebay.
  • If you live within Texas, OR pick your item up at our store, we have to charge sales tax. (6.75%).  Texas food service businesses are tax-exempt for some cooking equipment purchases, check with us.
SHIPPING, AND CLAIMS    Very Important – Please Read!
  • ALWAYS inspect all items for damage BEFORE accepting them from shipper.
  • If the product arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
  • If shipper will not allow you to inspect product, do not sign, do not accept it. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT.
  • Contact us for help for any reason. We want you to be able to leave positive feedback but we cannot file a shipping claim once YOU have received an item. If you receive an item without noting damage, chances are slim of being able to collect a claim.
  • Reject damaged items unless you want to file the damage claim.
  • The buyer is responsible for filing claims with the shipping service if the buyer accepted the item from the shipping service. We will help out with any information you may need.
  • All new items are shipped in excellent condition without damage unless noted.
  • Used equipment will be shipped as described. Inspect before accepting.
