Buyer pays merchandise cost + shipping/handling fee. Buyer may also purchase optional insurance for the shipment. If item is shipped to PA, 6% sales tax will be added to the total order.

For positive feedback, make payment within 3 days of auction end.

Item is shipped within 1 business day after payment is received and confirmed. Business days are Monday - Friday, New York time.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return regularly stocked merchandise (not clearance items) within 30 days of shipment date with a Return Authorization Number issued by Wellhaven, LLC. Some restrictions apply. Please read this entire policy before requesting a Return Authorization Number. It is important to follow the Wellhaven Return/Exchange Procedures to ensure your returns are processed correctly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping items back to us. Postage, tracking and insurance costs are not refundable. Items sent back without Wellhaven Return Authorization Numbers will not be processed.

Once your return request has been approved and a Return Authorization Number issued, we will provide instructions on how to get the product back to us. Products that are returned must be in their original condition with original packaging.
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

• Clearance items are not returnable
• Items kept more than 30 days from the original shipped date
• Any item that is damaged during use - Contact the manufacturer for possible warranty.
• Books whose plastic wrapping has been removed or bindings are creased or damaged due to use
• Music, videos, playing cards and games that have been opened
• Arthritis Hand Mitt, all cushions and pillows whose packages have been opened - state law for sanitary reasons

You may exchange an item for another by writing the substitute item on the Return Authorization Form when you send the original item back to us. In addition to the difference in the price of the merchandise, you must pay shipping on items returned and the new items shipped to you. You must have a Return Authorization Number for your exchange to be processed correctly.

Shipping charges will be refunded, only if the wrong item was sent to you, or if the item was defective from the manufacturer. You must return the item in error before receiving the correct item. We recommend that you insure any product you return. We are not liable for lost products during return shipments.

If you receive merchandise that was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier and have them return it to us free of charge. Be sure to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to sending the product so we can process it quickly and accurately. Please enclose a copy of your Return Authorization Form and a written explanation of the problem.
