A 'change of mind' will not be accepted as a legitimate return reason. It is up to buyer to resell any item he/she changes mind about. No returns may be made without an email authorization from seller. Any unauthorized return will be rejected. In legitimate return circumstances seller will consider paying shipping return charges.
Legitimate causes for returns are : proven misrepresentation of description as to origin and incorrect condition description* ( NB: When seller states in item description that there is doubt as to origin and item is purchased, then buyer may not return item.)
*Buyer must send photograph of any damage he/she thinks was not described.
NB: Digital photographic color representation of items cannot be fully controlled by seller due to personal color subjectivity, lighting and the various camera and internet transmission software utilized by seller and eBay AND buyer's own computer's digital photographic settings.
In the case of used audio recordings, seller uses established visual and audio grading systems to evaluate condition. Additionally, all LP’s are cleaned on professional equipment prior to shipping. Buyer must anticipate that certain parts of any recording may inevitably differ in quality to the general grade seller has selected as well as having certain inherent recording variations. and unless there is a substantial variance seller will not accept returns in this classification.
